Shih Tzu - Baby - Male
Adoptable Small Spayed/NeuteredUp-to-date with routine shotshousetrained

Meet Bailey… a sweet and playful, 7-month-old Shih Tzu puppy who is looking for his forever home. This cute little boy didn’t have the best start in life. When rescued, his coat was horribly matted, and we learned he came from a breeder in MN… most likely a Midwest puppy mill. Because of poor breeding, Bailey was born with a small eye, and vets seem to think he only has limited vision with that eye. The way that Bailey runs and plays, one would never know he has a disability… he can keep up with any of his foster siblings!

Bailey is a very friendly and playful pup, and seems to have been well socialized. He is well housetrained, and has never tried to ‘mark’ in his foster home… amazing for a little boy! Bailey sleeps in a crate at night, although we are sure he would much rather snuggle next to his person in ‘the big bed’.

Being a young pup, Bailey loves to run and play with other dogs, even though his foster siblings aren’t always cooperative. We are looking for a home for Bailey with another playful young dog and a fenced yard so he can safely run and play. A home where a family member is home much of the day will be ideal, so Bailey can be let out a few times a day to ‘potty’.

Bailey is neutered, microchipped, current on his Rabies, DHP/Parvo, and Bordetella vaccines, tested negative for Heartworms, and is on Heartwom and flea prevention.

Bailey’s adoption fee is $300.00.

Forever Home Canine Rescue offers a 3-week trial period with all our adoptions, just to be sure that the pet is a good match for the adoptive family. The fee is refunded if the adoption does not work out within the trial period. We want to be sure that each of our pets will have the perfect “forever” home!

Forever Home Canine Rescue adopts out-of-state, but we never ‘ship’ or ‘transport’ our pets. An approved adopter must come to North Carolina to meet their new canine companion and then take him/her back home with them.
